In the Project Management role, C&D will oversee all phases of construction for the client. Beginning with the Pre-design Phase, Design Phase, Construction Procurement, Construction Phase, and finally the Project Close-out Phase. This allows the client to maintain all existing relationships with Contractors and Suppliers, as well as leverage the professional management and administration provided by C&D Management Inc.
